We style ourselves as a Vacation Rental Resort – a hybrid of a hotel, resort, and short-term rental property. This allows us to meet the desires of today’s travelers offering things such as contactless checkin, electronic keys, and fully equipped kitchens while also having a manager onsite during office hours to offer concierge services and answer any questions that may arise. We also offer complimentary resort amenities such as our heated pool, fitness center, bicycles, and kayaks. While we do not have daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel, we do offer it for an added fee for extended stays. Each suite is thoroughly cleaned at check out.  Extra towels and toiletries are available.  Guests also have access to private ensuite laundry for their convenience. 

Wilton River Suites is at the north central point of Wilton Manors and is  a 10 to 15 minute walk or quick bike ride to renowned Wilton Drive – home to many restaurants, shops, galleries, bars, and clubs. Guests also love the 5-minute walk to Sprouts Market to stock up on all their essentials. There are also several great waterfront parks nearby to explore on foot. The on call electric Circuit shuttle bus is a great way to get around and will pick guests up right at the resort’s main driveway taking them directly to their desired Wilton Manors’ location ($2.00 per person).  

At our resort, the safety and security of our guests is of utmost importance to us. We understand that a relaxing and enjoyable experience can only be achieved when you feel safe and protected. That is why we have implemented a comprehensive security system to ensure your peace of mind throughout your stay.

One key aspect of our resort security is the presence of a dedicated staff member on duty from 9am to 6pm daily. This ensures that there is someone available to address any concerns or emergencies that may arise during your time with us. Whether it’s assisting with lost items, providing directions, or handling any issues, our staff is trained to handle it all efficiently and professionally.

In addition to having a staff member on duty, we also have strict registration procedures at our front desk. Every guest is required to be registered upon arrival, providing an added layer of security by keeping track of who is on the premises at all times. This helps us maintain a safe environment for everyone and ensures that only authorized individuals have access to the resort facilities.

Furthermore, we believe that protecting your unique experience starts even before you arrive at our resort. That’s why we insist on having personal contact with each guest prior to their arrival. By establishing this connection early on, we can gather important information about your preferences and any specific needs you may have regarding security arrangements. 

All of the common areas and parking lots are covered with recording CCTV.

You can make a reservation directly online through the “Check Availability” button on our homepage or call us. Simply enter your prospective dates to see all available suites and the best rates available. All reservations require 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be collected 7 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within 7 days of the arrival date, 100% payment will be required at the time of booking. For extended stay reservations 30 days or more a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining payments is due 30 days prior to arrival. A $200 authorization will be placed on the credit card on file on the day of arrival and released at check out (after inspection of the suite for damages). As a fraud prevention measure and to protect your identity, the credit card used for the reservation must match the name on the reservation and a clear, valid government issued ID (with face pic) must be emailed/submitted via the guest check in form prior to check in. The person making the reservation must be staying in the suite. Door codes will not be activated until identity and credit card details are verified.

For reservations under 30 days in length, 7 days advance notice of arrival date is required to receive a full refund. For reservations 30 days or longer, 30 days advance notice is required to cancel a reservation in order to receive a refund.   Please note there are no refunds for early check outs or late check ins.  We strongly recommend that you purchase travel/trip insurance to protect your vacation investment.

HURRICANE POLICY In the event a hurricane warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center for Broward County within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, you may reschedule your reservation to another date within 365 days of the original reservation arrival date. Any deposit we have received will be applied to the new reservation. Note that the room rate for the new reservation will be based on our published rates for the new reservation date and room type, not the original rates paid for your reservation. Please call the resort directly at (954) 830–9928 or by emailing welcome@wiltonsuites.com to notify us you would like to postpone your reservation.

 

 

Yes! We offer 15% off stays 30 nights or longer. This discount is off our published rates and will automatically be included on any searches conducted on our web site’s booking platform.   For multi month stays it is best to give us a call for pricing.

The minimum age for check in 21

We foster an adult environment and guests under the age of 18 are not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the dock and pool areas.

We allow well behaved dogs for a one time fee of $135. Sorry, but we do not allow cats or any other animals that have legs.  If you have a dog and do not let us know you will be charged the $135   Lincoln our on site manager keeps track of all the dogs.
 
We have a strict no party policy. The pool and building grounds are reserved for guests staying at the property only. If you would like to have a couple friends over to visit in your suite that is allowed, however, please note quiet hours of the building are maintained from 10 pm to 8 am for the comfort of all guests. If the the resort manager or police have to be called for a noise disturbance or party you will be assessed a $500 fine and may be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund for your stay.
 
Our kitchens come equipped for all your cooking and dining needs. This includes full sets of plates, bowls, serving dishes, glasses, mugs, cups, cocktail glasses, wine glasses and cutlery. There is also a full set of pots and pans, baking trays, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, BBQ tools and even an assortment of spices.
 

Yes!   The pool os heated to a comfortable 86 degrees

All our suites are smoke free, including the private outdoor balconies. There is a $500 charge for smoking OF ANY KIND including marijuana and vapes in any of the units. Smoking is also not allowed in the gated pool area or the atrium lobby. Smoking is permitted at the dock area and the front parking lot away from the main entrance doors.

All suites are thoroughly cleaned after each stay. This is covered by the cleaning fee added to your reservation at $99 for one-bedroom and $135 for two-bedroom suites. If you are with us for an extended period of time and would like housekeeping during your stay, there will be an additional cleaning fee charge per visit at the aforementioned rates. Please provide at least 24 hours notice of desired cleaning to arrange with housekeeping.

Check in time is any time after 4pm and check out is 11 am. Early check in requests may be granted if the suite is unoccupied the night prior to your reservation. These requests can not be confirmed until 24 hours prior to arrival. We are not able to accommodate late check outs as housekeeping needs time to get the suite ready for the next stay. If you would like a late check out, it may be available at the a 1/2 day rate up to 3pm. Otherwise you would need to reserve the suite for the entire day as it will have to be held offline. 

Yes certainly!  We have a self-service, locked and secure luggage closet located on the third floor of the building. If you anticipate needing to use this storage, please contact us 24 hours prior to your arrival for the code to the closet. Please note, that we are not responsible for any luggage or items left in the closet and to double check your items before departing as many suit cases look alike.

Once your reservation has been confirmed with proper payment and matching ID supplied, you will receive an email 24 hours prior to your check in date that includes a code for the main building doors and your personalized code for your individual suite. This code will be active throughout your stay. There are also two fobs in the suite that can be used to access the main building doors, the onsite gym, the pool, and the dock area.This means you can check in at your own convenience with your personal access code. Wilton Suites does not have an on-site office, but we are always reachable by call or text throughout your stay.

Each suite has a dedicated, labeled parking site available for your use. If you have an additional vehicle there are plenty of unmarked guest spots available for you to use as well. All parking is free for guests staying at the building. 

All suites are equipped with high-speed wifi at no charge. Passwords are available in your suite and the in room guides. All suites have multiple smart LED TV’s where guests can sign in to any of their favorite streaming apps. All TV’s are pre loaded with YouTube TV for live TV viewing.

Wilton Manors is a beautiful place to explore and what better way to do it than with complimentary Wilton Suite paddle boards and kayaks? Kayaking is a great way to explore the area, get some exercise, and have fun at the same time. Our guests can take advantage of this unique opportunity to experience Wilton Manors from the water. 

We are offering our guests a unique and fun experience – complimentary cruiser bikes! The bikes are very easy to ride and have don’t have any gears. Our bikes give our guests the opportunity to explore Wilton Manors in a way that is both convenient and enjoyable.  Helmets are provided.  First come first serve basis.

Yes, we have a super cool glass elevator for all four floors.

We will gladly hold our guests’ shipped packages up to 7 days prior to their arrival. Please let us know in advance.

Wilton Suites is very careful about keeping your information private and safe because we know it’s important to you. We won’t ever give your information to anyone else, and if you don’t want us to send you any emails or mail, just tell the front desk and we won’t.
